1 month, 2 weeks agoThis is one of the most important distinctions in Nigerian real estate and yet so many people are still buying land with just a receipt and sleeping peacefully at night. I have seen people lose property they paid for years ago simply because they never followed through with a Deed of Assignment. Please share this widely.
